I recently acquired 6 black Neon tetras from the local fish store. 2 have died (1- I could not locate in the tank and the other I found in the filter). Tonight I notice this black neon tetra swimming around with what appears to be a white mark. Can anyone confirm if this is neon tetra disease and what steps should I take ?
