welp, now my sick ram has a tiny raised white bump, one behind each of it's eyes...any of you know what that might be a symptom of?

Give it some time to go away on it's own. Sometimes little things like that pop up, and the fish's own immune system knocks em down quickly. If it starts getting any larger, then would be time for some medication.
