My red eye tetra looks super bloated I can’t tell if he or she is pregant. Never had a pregant fish before … the store I got my 5 red eye tetras said they were all male . I attached a pic to this he or she had been like this for a good week in half to 2 weeks. If she’s sick what should I use to stop it from spreading to my other fish. And for me to save the fish if it is sick??

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

If you aren't overfeeding the fish, then it's most likely a cyst or tumour. Cysts can grow rapidly, whereas tumours normally take a lot longer to grow. There's no cure for either. If the fish can't swim properly or stops eating, then euthanise it.

It's unlikely to be contagious but monitor the remaining fish for any unusual signs.
