Hey yesterday I turned on my tank lights and saw that my shark had a gash on his head! He's not too bright so he could have run into something but that's probably unlikely. I just moved him to a tank by himself. Is there anything I can do to help him heal? 1486067353863.jpg

I do 25% water changes each week and I have double the filtration that is needed. Like I said, the pic quality is horrible

Water looks cloudy?? Either way.. change the water to clean the water

The water isn't cloudy at all. And like I said, I moved him to a completely new tank

25% wc means you are leaving behind 75% of the crap?
What size tank? This is a food fish.
Please read link if nothing else.
Iridescent Shark (Pangasius hypophthalmus)
This really should not be in aquaria.
If it is in aquaria it should be a wide open space with few or no decorations.
It is not unlikely he ran into something, how else would you explain it?
Fortunately for whoever most never live long enough in our tanks to reach their 48 inch possible size....
They eat this fish in its home nation of Thailand all the time.
