I suddenly noticed one of my mollies completely vertical with it's head towards the substrate like it is weighted down in the head....

Could be bloat or swim bladder disease. If you had a pic it might help. What do you feed your fish? Could be dropsy as well but I'm not 100%

It's hard to see in the picture but she has a small bulge towards her head on her right side just in front of the dorsal fin. No idea where that came from. I also noticed her anal region was a little white.

Stupid phone app not posting the pic... and then posting it too much

Is she breathing okay?

Have you changed anything in your tank?

She is breathing normally now that she has calmed down. Nothing has really changed in the aquarium. I added some floating brazillion pennywort from another tank but no chemical changes, no malfunctioning equipment, no new fish. I'll get those water parameters now. Though it does seem like swim bladder disease.

Water Parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 5 nitrate
If it is swim bladder how would I go about treating it? Peas and high temp? Starving for a few days?
If it is actually swim bladder, keep the temperature stable, don't give it food for usually 2-3 days, and feed it peas.
