My guppy is popping see through whitish stuff. I know it's a type of illness but what is it and how can I cure it?

Okay so I posted the top one wrong.
I have a 30 gallon tank
It inhibits
1 angel
4 dwarf gourami's
2 kuhli loaches
5 guppies (2 males and 3 females)
I recently purchased 2 female guppys because my one female was getting harassed big time.
Problem, one of the new guppy is prego, but she was so skinny when I got her and now 5 days later KABOOM HUGE. she stays near the top and I saw her poop a clear piece. Which I know it's not normal.
My water is testing
Nitrates .2
Ammonia .0
Nitrite 0
Ph is 7. Something
What should I do I don't want my guppy to infect others or die.
