It could be, but from my reading, most nudi's appear to have more structure along their bodies.
If unsure, I would remove it. Better to get it out now, imo, in case it could cause problems. You could put it in a sump for the time being until you get a positive ID.

I've removed it and it's still alive. Haven't got a sump to put it in.
