Can anyone help with this identification. I have no clue what they might be, however my chromis have been acting a little weird in this area of the tank. If they were eggs, would the protect them or wait until they hatch?ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1426899099.309902.jpg
Pretty ordinary pic but they are just left of the brain corals.

Lol...yep I know, but just to the left of it towards the centre there is a cluster of little white "eggs"... I will try to get a better pic.

Can't really see what it is, but I doubt chromis eggs. It is my understanding there will be a large number of them in a cluster, looking like a pile of sugar or small beads.

My chromis laid eggs a few years ago and it was like it snowed all over the powerhead. lol It was a crazy thick white layer.... the female I guess sprayed out a cloud of them and those are the ones that stuck.
