looks like a wellsi just a guess on my part it is beautiful.
 
looks a little more like a lobophyllia to me, but it is very difficult to tell when it is closed. Whether it is a Wellsophyllia or a Lobophyllia it will prefer to be on your on a softer substrate , like your sand bed (they are prone to abbrasions and then infection or tissue recession) and will prefer med light and low to med flow. It should accept meaty foods like blender mush, chopped shrim or silversides.
