I have a couple of these little guys running around my system. They came in on some LR that I bought a while back. When I find them, I stick them straigh into the sump. One turned up dead the other day and thought that would be a good chance to get a pic of it and try and figure out what they are. The ones in the sump are pretty docile and just hide in the rock all day. Thay also love a piece of shrimp now and then.

Brown tipped claws and pointed usually mean they are predatory....Good thing to keep in your sump.

Bubble trap, voila!! My sump has 3 different compartments. First has the skimmer, 2nd has 2 inches of refugium substrate, with the crab, mangroves, and waiting to find some good algae for there. Then the 2nd overflows into the bubble trap wich flows into the last area where teh reutn pump is.
