What kind of wrasse is this?

It appears to be a female Thalassoma hardwicke wrasse however, with regional differences in coloration or classifications, it may be called something else or be a different fish. Males have 6 verticle black lines where your fish has lighter stripes so without knowing it's size and age, it may also be a juvenile/ changing male.
