Good or bad?

Just spotted quite a few of these tiny white worm looking things in my fuge. Are they feather dusters? Look like some sort of filter feeder? Is is bad?

Harmless filter feeders. A common life stage in tanks. I had them all over the sides of my tank for some time before they all died off.
