First one looks like a sponge which are harmless, is it soft?
The second are aiptasia which are bad , pick up some aiptasiax or joes juice before they spread

They can sting coral and take over a tank. They are a pest nem

I have that sponge too Dx also if you want to get rid of aspatia, buy a peppermint shrimp or two 
they eat that and its not medicine

They MAY eat them, no guarantee. ApX or joes juice if used correctly will get rid of them quick and easy
