Than what might this be?? It's white..kinda looks more delicate than the above animal. If I touch it it kinda retracts and looks like a blob

The first pic (this.jpg) looks like a Turtle grass anemone, Viatrix globulifera not aiptasia. The second pic (arms.jpg) doesn't clearly show anything but if they look like this, they would be aiptasia.

I would say they both look like aiptasia. I have had a few in my tank and would suggest Joe's Juice to eliminate them. If you're not careful, they could spread like crazy.
 
well the first pic is of an animal which onky comes out at night and retracts into a hole
