Snail help

My snails shell has a green tip mushroom growing on it. Is that ok? Or how do u remove from it's shell the second pic is a snail that has appeared in the last month or so it the biggest I could see there probly 25-50 smaller one can u identify and tip on red algae been doing weekly water changes about 20% feed every other day frozen verity

The mushroom is fine on the snail.

looks like a collonista snail in the second pic. they are reef safe.
