What the Heck is that?

I saw this sticking out of one of the Live Rock That I picked up today is this some kind of Worm?

The mucus strands (it's how they catch food) look like a spaghetti worm (in the first pic). Good stuff!
It's hard to tell in the 2nd pic, but it could be a peanut worm (another bonus).
Did the strands come out of the lower rock and then the other worm come out of the upper rock?
 
It's all the same rock I was trying to take shot on a different angel I think I posted a Better Pic in my first thread I posted earlier today.... It was crazy it was eating the web
 
Ok, the peanut worm is more of a brownish color....geeze, where is Fluff when you need her? LOL!
