Make sure you are logged into the gallery, if unsure, just log out on the forum page and log back in, that will reset your cookie with all the log in info for the gallery. Then follow the directions in this post.

That was what I was doing wrong. I needed to log back out....but now the problem is that it is saying that its too large. Its a digital camera photo...nothing large at all....can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

you need to resize and optimize the photo. There is another sticky post in the Show Off/Photography forum that explains how and offers some free programs to do it with.
