Looks like a niger trigger and some sort of tang. Hope that tanks big! I'm no expert in salt but shouldn't there be like sand in there and rock?

That's what I was wondering? I've never kept cichlids, or tropical saltwater tanks though, so I wasn't sure if those were possibly some freshwater species I didn't recognize.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you decide to take the sand out, and do you feel like it affected your bio-filtration much? I still haven't tackled a tropical saltwater tank yet, but would like to some day.
