My apistos simply don't recognize flake, pellet, or even freeze dried products as food. They also ignore anything at the surface. So, I'd like to go on vacation every once in a while for more than one week and I am loath to trust anyone to to the job in my absence.

Does anybody have any clever ideas about how live (blackworms) or frozen (bloodworms) can be dispensed on a daily basis? I have an Eheim autofeeder that works great for flake. Is there anything I can buy or make that will handle live or frozen food?

hmm, a refrigerated autofeeder sounds tricky at best.

have you tried fortifying the dried foods at all, with a garlic extract or vitamin mix at all? That might get their sense of smell tempted enough to interest them. Once you have them accepting fortified drieds, you could just use those in the autofeeder you already have.
