The hose to my water changed busted
And I need to find a replacement soon. Home Depot has 5/8" hoses which is the correct size but would it be okay if I moved up to a size bigger but if there's any more advice please tell me

I would think as long as it has an air tight fit it should work to go up a size. Bring it with you to home Depot and test the fit

water changer

i once heated a smaller hose with lighter and stretched it with scissors and placed it real fast onto another bigger one and after it cooled it formed a tight seal but be careful not too burn it

Just leave it in boiling water for 20 secs.
