I'm sure someone else has thought of this but I tried it out last night and it's super super easy. I thawed the peas and then used my garlic press ( pampered chef). I didn't even have to take the outer skin off. Just put several in the press and viola! Instant fish size bites and the skins stayed in the press so I just threw those out after. So much easier than skinning all those darn peas and chopping them up. Just thought I would share.
