Flounder vs. Cichlids

I jus wanted to know if flounders get a long with cichlids or if they will be pickin at him and kill em, anyone know?

Aren't flouders a brackish water fish?

Can be raised in freshwater for a short period of time and than transfered to saltwater, require sand and a min of 5 gallon tank when a baby and atleast a 20 long or a 29 gallon tank will work and of course bigger..
