A Very Simple 4dKH Solution

Is there a way to make a simple solution without all the graduated cylinders, mix this and shake that? If I wanted to make a 2L amount, how much baking soda would I need? I do have a digital scale to use.

Figured it out, easier than I thought and didn't have to make such a large volume.
