Anyone Know What Plant This Is?

Got this from my LFS because my wife liked the color, lol. Gentlemen said it was a low-light plant but it doesn't seem to be doing too hot. (Fluval SpecV) He said its a something Bulb? I gave it a nutrient tab...

Tiger lotus or lilly coo plant - grows fast

looks like a red tiger lotus

It needs root tabs. Does best under medium light, but it should survive in low.

I have one of those. It took it a while to get going but once it did it really took off.

I had one in my dirted ten gallon. It had a HUGE root system, and grew to be one of the largest plants. It was under a florescent light though.
