Hi was wandering if anyone could link me to either a good DIY CO2 guide or a cheap CO2 system? Any help would be appreciate.

Cheers.

How big is your tank? What kind of lighting? What plants? Do you have a good fertilizer regimen?

Can't answer any of that as its a tank I'm planning on setting up next weekend. Either a 30 or 50 litre tank for a betta so haven't decided on plants and ferts yet. I have a 125 litre tank and don't use CO2 and plants do fine but not amazing which is why I wanted to try CO2 for new tank. Is it worth doing?

If you're doing a high tech tank I.e. high lights and good ferts, it is definitely worth it to go pressurized. I got the UP aqua dual gauge regulator on amazon for (75$), the paintball adapter (17$), and a 24 oz paintball tank. I have the solenoid on a timer which comes on two hours before lights and goes off one hour before they do. I highly doubt you will regret it. DIY co2 would definitely suffice on a tank like this though.

You can also get a t valve and use a single setup for two tanks.
