Corydoras in Planted Tank

Hey guys, I plan to keep dwarf baby tears and dwarf hair grass in my tank; will cories be okay with those plants? Will they uproot my carpet?

my cories do fine with hair grass , they like to swim threw and play in it but doesnt seem to damage it at all

Cory's do fine with both. They also help keep them clean but gently foraging in them.
