My 3 year old planted a seed at preschool and brought me home this plant. Looks like some sort of pennywort to me and I was thinking it would be neat if we could put it in his 5 gallon planted betta tank that's in his room. Any ideas?

It's possibly a hydrocotyle sp., but I don't think all of them are aquatic. Can you ask the preschool teacher for more information?

The lady who provided the seeds wasn't there today so I am going to ask her tomorrow.
