How do you tell if your tank is heavily planted? I mean does it class as one?

My tanks is 46 gal
With 42 red ludwigia plants (12inches tall)
30 hygrophilia polysperma about 9 inches
One huge amazon sword 21 inches tall
8 vallis spiralis 19 inches
18 pygmy chain swords as foreground plant
4 big bushes of crypts
Also java fern and anubias attached to some bogwood
Also some amazon frogbit

Does this count as a heavily planted tank?

sounds heavily planted to me. I consider a tank heavily planted when it is completely (or nearly) filled out with plants.

I can only see about 4 inches of the substrate so I'm guessing it is :)
