Help with plant ID

I bought this plant as a bulb pack from petsmart, I had it in my aquarium with some cheap bulbs and it was very small and fragile, I upgraded to better lights and it just blew up. It grows up with long stems and wavy long leaves, it also blooms long fuzzy white 'flowers'.

oh, didn't notice that. maybe aponogeton undulatus or longiplumulosus?
 
Those all have leaves that start from the bottom, mine is skinny stems then a leaf, ill try and get better pics with my camera if I can find the memory card. IPod pics don't help much lol.
 
those two species have long stems like you said.
