Im going to be real!!

Hey all I'm converting my tank to real live plants!! I'm going to be real!! SO excited. I am putting Eco-Complete gravel in my tank but I also want a co2 unit. Does anyone have instructions on how to build your own? Any advice on maintaining planted tanks would be helpful too as Ive always had plastics....

I'd suggest that you head over to the Planted Tank furum (just a couple forum further down) and check out the Read this First sticky. There's links to lots of great information on all aspects of keeping live plants. Once you've read through all of that, please feel free to ask questions on anything you're still confused about.

live plants look so much better and it adds another dimension to the hobby. you're not just a fish keeper now you're an under water gardener too. not to mention all the benefits the plants have to the aquarium and water quality.
