is there white algae?? bad pics

I have this stuff growing in the tank, it wipes off easy, its white, short, tufty. any idea what it is? mainly on plant stems and glass. only a little on the leaves.

Nematodes?? Do a search for nematodes and if that's not it, let us know. It might be hydra, but it's late and I'm not thinking straight!
