a different company makes a t12 but you need to bypass the ballistic and give it 110ac
would be great for a dyi as they sell or come with the end clips so you just need to wire in 110 to it no reflector needed
2000 lm for a 4 ' tube 6500k , but like most leds you use all the light and don't waste light to the top and sides
