My plants aren’t growing and they keep dying

I’ve had this tank running for over 2 months and the plants are barely growing and they seem to have holes in them. what can i do?
i’ve been adding potassium and they have root tabs

The plants may have been grown emersed (out of water) before you purchased them. In this case, some melting or leaf dieback should be expected.

I dont know if it would be an Emerson grown issue but I’m far from an expert there.

My Emerson grown plants all seemed to go through the “ugly cycle” like this within the first couple weeks. By the 2 month mark they were 100% again. But I imagine different plants take different amounts of time to transition
