Looks more like emersed form Alternanthera Reineckii to me, but it could also be ludwigia glandulosa.
 
Happens all the time. Let us know what you think. You might need to let it grow for a few weeks before you can be confident in your answer.
 
Let me ask you a question. I've had the plant a ween. I planted it in the substrate. I have included a photo. Would you trim and replant the plant? Or would you want another week?
