Plants look stripped

I have some limnophila indica that has been very healthy until the past month. Some of the plants look to be dying, and some almost look stripped. I am going to attach a photo.

As you can see, the one part looks stripped whole the rest looks normal. I have a 29g tank with 2 platies, 2 mollies, 9 neon tetras, a bristlenose pleco, and an angel fish.

Does anyone think the bristle nose did this? My amazon sword seems to have some thinning as well. And I am not sure if this fish is the main culprit. If so- I may return him. Thanks for any help
