shipping from aquariumplants

i ordered 2 bags of eco-complete substrate from aquariumplants.com on the 22nd last month...still not shipped...
are they this late usually...?

i know it was stupid of me to start a planted tank without getting the substrate first...but i had no idea that it was going to be planted in the first place ...

Give them a call. They should be there by this time of day. They are normally really good about shipping stuff on time or letting you know there was a problem.

i did call them just now...and it seems they had shipped it on the 27th...
actually they mentioned they'd send an email when they sent it...and i didn't receive that...sooooo...some people do worry more than others...i'm glad i'm not one of them... ...
anyway...it seems it should be here today...yay...

I was going to say there are some big problems with Eco Complete right now so that may be why there was a delay.
