I was just given some Vallisneria that was collected from Lake Tang. However it has quite a few snails in it. Vallisneria is a fairly sensitive plant so I was wondering how I could get rid this stuff before it goes to my tank. I know a bleach/water solution would do the trick but I wonder what that would do to the sensitive Val. Any plant experts that can lend some assistance?
