I recently bought some stem plants from aquaflora. When I got them they were in a large bunch of stems that I separated in six to twelve bunches of a few stems. Did I do this right?

They are ludwigia repens and roseafolia.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'right', but it sounds like everything is fine so far.

EDIT: My posts in two different threads got switched around. I've corrected the issue.

Okay. By right I mean am I supposed to separate the bunches into individual stems or is planting a bunch of stems okay.

I would probably plant them individually in general, but it depends on what kind of plants you have.

Right, those ones you should plant individually, but I was wary of a blanket statement about planting stems in general.
