Aquarium Advice Freak
Just beginning a cycle of a 30 gallon aquarium. What are your thoughts on Floramax? Is it good? Can it be the only substrate I have in, or should I mix it?

thats what im using at the moment. i havent had it in the tank but a month maybe. my plants seem to be doing well, the anubias havent grown much, but the wisteria and the hornwart are taking off like mad.

oh very cool. This is my first time with it too. Ususally i use something thats smaller grain but i figured id give this stuff a shot. I have it in 2 tanks. both seem to be doing fine at this moment. I do have swords so i still do ground fertilize as well. Thank you for the input!
