What else can I put in my tank?

It's a sixty gallon, which at present has some places to hide, and a bit of plant cover (see picture)

Currently in the tank I have:
5 tiger barbs,
1 pictus cat.
3 cory cat.
1 opeline guranmi,
1 blue ram
1 fat mystery snail
5 nerite snails
9-11 ghost shrimp (can't rember exactly how many)
and 3 amano shrimp

When I did the 1 inch per gallon thing with my fishes max size it came to 43 excluding the inverts... So can I get more fishies?

I think you could add several fish to the tank. Just add slowly, watch the water parameters and make sure you are checking compatibility. I wouldn't count shrimp much towards figuring your bioload, and inch per gallon is a very loose guideline at best.

Sweet, I'm looking for maybe another school of 5ish fish or one to two more ornate lookin fish, what can I get?

I'm pushing the cherry barbs of late. I love their colors and activity. Amazing little guys.

Do they do well with semi agressives?
