what plants in a Malawi tank?

I am having some luck with a Tiger Lotus, some Anubius and Wendti any others that I might try? they are herbavours so it has to be nasty tasting so my fish dont eat them.

I once had success with an onion plant but it kept getting dug up :/ they didn't eat it just didn't like it in they're way
