Hello everyone, I got a betta about a week ago and went from a cup to a bowl to a 5g tank. I decided to have some live plants in there with my betta and bought some seeds to plant them in the substrate. Some are nice and green but there is one seed that has this white slime and it is floating and spreading. I have no idea what it is and if it will harm my betta. Nobody knows what this is and I'm going to add a picture.

I would appreciate any advice and or details on this because I love my betta very much.

Seeds need to be dry started and will just die under water and turn to mush/fungus, I'd remove them and throw them away.

Generally the seeds you buy arnt aquatic plants and the plants tend to melt after a month or 2 once flooded. [emoji106]
