wild pennywort

i havent been on much because im on vacation seeing my dads brothers wife. on the way here i found a plant that looks somewhat like giant pennywort. its like a crawling plant that looks like my mini pennywort at home. the hydrocoytle verccilata or whatever. ima bring some home and see if it grows in my tank

It ptobably is....I seem to recall that various pennyworts are listed as invasive aquatic weeds in much of the USA.
