My fish needs a home in Calgary

I am shutting down my aquarium and I have only 1 fish left - he is some kind of pleco with lots of spikes on his head. I've had him for 2+ years and he seems to be healthy but very shy. I'd much rather not murder him if I can find him a home.

I am in southwest Calgary.

I'm guessing it's gone now?

No - I have shut down my big aquarium and moved him to a little desktop unit which we jokingly call the palliative care tank. He is indestructible but probably pretty lonely. If you can take him that would be great.

Can I see a picture. I'm guessing it a bristlenose pleco and I can get it for free right?

I will try - he has a pretty good hiding place so we rarely see him. And yes - he is free to good home.

Picture

Sorry for the delay - the fish never comes out where he can be seen. The picture is really crappy but it was the best we could do. You can see the spikes on his face at least.

It would be super if you can take him...
