As far as my flow rate goes, what is suitable for a 10 gallon Nano tank? I think I’ll have a firefish, Randall’s goby, pistol shrimp, fire red cleaner shrimp, and other cleanup crew members in the tank as well as some soft corals like zoas, polyps, and maybe mushrooms. I have 3 powerheads to choose from. A 400 gph hydor koralia 1 and two others that are 210 and 160 gph. What gph would be most suitable?

That's a pretty open question. You aim for anywhere between 10-50x turnover of the water column when it comes for flow...but the higher numbers are talking about corals. A FOWLR system can get away with 10-20x turnover of the water column...so things should be just fine in the system. Keep in mind that none of this is perfect and it takes lots of fine tuning.
