Hi all. I've been keeping fish, mostly Cichlids, on and off for about 40 years. I tried Mbuna long, long ago but was not successful. I am about to try again but I am finding a lot of conflicting advice on the net (no such thing as Internet the last time I tried). Thought I'd join you guys and girls for some help

Hi and welcome to AA I have been keeping fish for a good few years too,and I still find a good local fish shop you can trust is the best source of info in my opinion,I have been very lucky and have had several good local shops. I find the internet can be frustrating,but there are some extremely knowledgeable and friendly members especially on here
