I have 3 young girls who are really pushing for a "real" aquarium. Presently we have a frog in a tank, a beta in a tank, and a goldfish in a 2.5gal tank. The girls, of course, have much larger plans. Trying to gather as much information as possible before we dive in. My main concern is the water. Seems like a LOT of work.

Welcome to AA! The more water the easier it is to control water quality. The only thing that stinks is it takes longer to do a water change and clean
