I joined the forum because I'm going to be helping my dad with his new 180g tank. My dad kept fish in a few tanks, from 20g to about 150g, when I was a kid. As I grew up he lost interest in keeping fish, and hasn't had any for over 15 years. I now live in my dad's basement with my spouse and kids and thought it would be a good bonding experience if my dad kept fish again, so I offered to help maintain a tank if he gets one. He decided to get a 180g tank for his old stand!
The new tank is being delivered today, and 2 sunsun canister filters next week, and we are excited to get started!
