Anyone know what kind of tank heater this is?

It seems to be working fine (came with the tank). However, I would like to know a bit more about it...all I can see is "MOD" and "115 VOLT". More importantly, which way do I turn it to raise the water temp? The red knob turns, but I can't see anything indicating turning it which way does what.

Not sure on the brand but if its a knob on top then clockwise should be raise temp and counter clockwise should be lower temp. I would just turn the knob all the way counter clockwise, put it in the tank, wait 10 minutes, plug it in, turn clockwise just until it turns on, look at your aquarium thermometer, and then just adjust little by little
