Hi I'm planning on turning my 220gallon tank into a planted tank.Am looking for advice on a new external filter, was looking at buying a 300l filter but unsure which make to get.
Also renewing heater, was thinking maybe two heaters one at each end? If so what size heater would you recommend?
Planning from changing from gravel to a sand substrate with proflora as the bottom layer, would this be advisable?
Finally am wanting co2 but unsure of the best way to go about it, was advised in a local aquatic store that I would be ok with a jbl proflora bio 160 and would have no need for a pressurised cannister, would this be advisable?
